Helping reshape the image of affordable housing

Camfield Estates, located in the heart of the South End, Boston Massachusetts is a community of 102 apartment and townhomes: offering one two three and four bedroom living spaces. Because the site is located in a very convenient section of Boston, we are placed within minutes walking distance of shopping, dining, cafes, schools and medical centers. In addition, its proximity to public transportation, major highways and streets gives the residents access to the surrounding areas with great ease.

Originally called Camfield Gardens, Camfield Estates was one of the first sites to participate in the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) national project called the Demonstration Disposition Program known as Dispo Demo. This project helped reshape the image of affordable housing.
